Six experience with the customer service person from a company

This is a terrific product that I have been using for years. I called his company direct to place an order and have the most wonderful experience with the person customer service. The company that makes this product. I wanted to make sure that the item I was purchasing was the same one I had used for years. She explained to me what the background was for the background was on the description on the label. I had originally canceled my order because I thought it was a different product. She issued a credit immediately. To my surprise, I received my order in the mail anyway. When I called, she told me to keep it and it was a Christmas present thank you so much. Also I tried their new footproduct which I found terrific.

Incredible products and company

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have exclusively used their flagship bee magic product as my face and hand moisturizer. I recently purchased another jar and I discovered that the formulation had changed and the aroma was much stronger and displeasing to me. I reached out to the company and they got back to me immediately, explaining they change and offered to not only send me the older formulation at a discount but that I could also keep the newer formulation and they would refund me! So, I now have my 2 jars of my beloved older formulation as well as the newer one, which I’ve been playing around with to see how I can use it without being offended by the stronger smell. So far, so good. Great products and company and I’m a customer for life :)

I am highly allergic to just about every kind of skin care on the market. I started using Sweet Bee Magic more than 10 years ago. It is the only product that I can use on cracked and blistered skin. Not only is it soothing, but it also helps my skin to heal. I use it on EVERY part of my body.
I am excited about the new Foot and Heel Balm. It feels so good on my feet.
