We do not manufacture sunscreen nor do our products contain sunscreen, however, we recommend incorporating an organic sunscreen into your daily skincare routine. 

Rest assured, the formula has not changed. The reason the color/scent of the products can change is because we source organic raw materials. Depending on the season and nectar/flower source, the honey, olive oil and beeswax can vary in color from bright yellow to greenish brown. The scent and color of our products are never manipulated or processed with de-colorants or deodorants, which allows for this variation, but the efficacy and quality always remain intact.

That is a great question and one we get often. Allergies to bee stings actually have no relation to honey and hive products as they are caused by bee venom, a completely different chemical compound. If you are concerned about potential allergies to honey and hive products, we do suggest you try a tiny dab first—but all Sweet Bee Naturals products are lab-tested to be 100% zero allergen non-irritant. 

All Sweet Bee Naturals products are safe to use on all ages and skin types. While we cannot advise on specific medical issues, we can—with certainty—guarantee that our products can soothe, calm and moisturize even the most irritated skin. Each product’s batch date is heat-stamped on our label on the bottom of the container, either above or below the barcode. Most of our products use the Julian date for batch date, which is the production date. This is considered to be the number of elapsed days since the beginning of a particular year. The first two digits of the code are the last two digits of the year, followed by the number of elapsed days. For example, the Julian date in 5-digit format for the calendar date of 06/09/2020 would be 20161.

On some of our products, the batch date is listed in the format using the first digit for the year (for example, 2020 = 0), the following two digits are the month (for example, June = 06), followed by the last two digits representing the day. The date of 06/09/2020 in this format is listed as 00609.

The expiration date is two years after the stamped batch date.

We ship all our orders through USPS. You will receive a tracking number in an email after you place your order, at which time you can track your shipment’s progress on the USPS website. Most orders arrive within seven days.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and rates vary based on location. These rates are not controlled by Sweet Bee Naturals.
